It has 65 diamonds altogether: one principal transitional-cut diamond, with an estimated weight of 0.4cts, colour F/G, clarity I1; 46 old European/Swiss cut/”8”-cut diamonds, total carat weight 2.61cts, colour F/G, clarity SI1-15; 5 old European-cut diamonds, estimated total carat weight 1.08cts, colour F/G, clarity I1 (please note one of these diamonds has a chip at the girdle extending into the crown facets); 13 baguette-cut diamonds, estimated total weight 1.58cts, colour F/G (except one which is I/J), clarity VS1-SI2. The brooch is hallmarked 900 platinum and weighs 13.4 grams in total.
