What payment methods do you accept?

Online payments are accepted through debit or credit card transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit and credit cards as well as American Express. You may also pay via PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay and Novuna.

Do you offer any discounts?

We run seasonal sales and also offer a welcome discount on your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Can I return or exchange an item I have purchased?

Yes, we have a free 28-day return policy. Please see our Refund and Exchange policy for more details.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We’ll dispatch your order on the same day if placed by 1 pm Monday to Friday.

Is VAT charged online?

Yes, VAT of 20% is included in the retail price of all items listed on the website, except for pre-owned items.
