Refund Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item for an exchange or refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
RETURNS POLICY FOR UK CUSTOMERS

UK customers can now create aĀ FREE return label using one of the following links, depending on the order value:

The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned to usĀ within 28 days of your original transactionĀ in itsĀ original box,Ā securely packaged. You must alsoĀ include theĀ original invoice inside the parcel.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange pierced earrings that have been worn.
Engraved, personalised, or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Full-price items purchased between November 10th and December 24th, 2025, can be refunded or exchanged until January 15th, 2026.

Ā Please note that we won't refund deliveryĀ costs for Next Day Delivery service.

Ā Process for returning items for UK CustomersĀ 
  1. Create your free return label using one of the following links:

  2. Ensure your item is in its original box and securely packaged. Include your original invoice or a note with your order reference inside the parcel.

  3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and obtain both a tracking number and proof of postage. Without these, we are unable to investigate any claims for lost or damaged parcels.

  4. Once your return has been received and reviewed, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, excluding any delivery costs.

You canĀ returnĀ your items for an exchange or a refund at one of our stores with your original order invoice.
The refund will not be processed in store but will be issued after 1-2 working days to the same method of payment as the original transaction minus any delivery costs.


RETURNS POLICY FOR REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Ā We do not offer free returns for customers outside of the UK.
All postage costs associated with returning an item must be covered by you.
We recommend you use an insured, tracked and reliable shipping company as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.Ā 
The item must be unworn, undamaged and returned to usĀ within 28 days of your original transactionĀ in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange pierced earrings that have been worn.Ā In most cases, refunds will be issued within 3 working days of return.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been actioned.
