This is the Cartier Calibre De Cartier W7100041, or 3389. It has a 42mm steel case, and domed bezel and crown. Its crown is set with a signature faceted blue stone. Attached to a brand-new textile finished leather strap with a double fold-over clasp. It has a black dial, with luminescent roman numerals, within a guilloche concentric circle. An outer minute track spans the edge of the dial. A small seconds can be found at six o’clock, and date indicator at three o’clock. Its automatic movement can be seen behind its clear sapphire crystal case back. Sold with a Cartier box and Cartier service papers circa February 2026. We have approximately dated this watch to 2014.
