his Bell & Ross BR 05 Chrono Blue Steel is a sculptural and seductive chronograph that blends urban sophistication with technical precision. Crafted in satin-finished and polished stainless steel, the 42mm case features an integrated design where the case and strap form a seamless unit—an aesthetic nod to the bold watchmaking of the 1970s. The deep blue sunray dial is framed by a square silhouette softened by rounded edges, with Super-LumiNova®-filled skeletonised hands and applied indices ensuring optimal legibility. Two snailed sub-dials—30-minute chronograph counter at 9 o’clock and small seconds at 3 o’clock—add a neo-retro touch while maintaining modern clarity. A date window is subtly positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock. Powered by the BR-CAL.301 automatic mechanical movement, this chronograph offers hours, minutes, small seconds, and central chronograph seconds with a 30-minute counter. The sapphire case back reveals a 360° oscillating weight, underscoring the watch’s technical finesse. Water-resistant to 100 metres, the watch is fitted with a textured blue rubber strap and a polished and satin-finished steel folding buckle, offering comfort and versatility for daily wear. Sold with a Bell & Ross box, original warranty card (undated), and instruction manual. We have approximately dated this watch to 2024. There is a small ding on the side of this watches case.
