A traditional gemstone cut in a modern and chic design - this pre-owned sapphire and diamond ring is a piece for any occasion to last a lifetime. Crafted from 18ct yellow gold, hallmarked 18ct with the town mark missing, sponsor mark ILW, the ring centres on an rub over oval sugarloaf cabochon cut medium blue sapphire, measuring 6.9mm x 6mm, depth 5.07 mm. The sapphire is surrounded by twelve round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.6mm diameter, grain set to a circular white-fronted cluster head, tapering yellow shoulders, plain polished court shaped cross sectioned shank. Part hallmarked 18ct gold, town mark missing, sponsor mark ILW. Calculated sapphire weight 2.22 metric carat. Calculated total diamond weight 0.72 metric carat, approximate diamond quality - colour H/1, clarity VS. The ring measures 14 mm wide, weighs 6.35 gr and comes in size L.
