Discover this pre-owned amethyst and diamond swirl brooch - an authentic piece for the traditionalist. Crafted from 9ct yellow gold, the swirling patterns are set with a large pear-cut amethyst and a smaller diamond in rub-over settings. The piece measures 39 mm x 18 mm and weighs 3.2 gr.
